 BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

 

   PLEASE READ OUR PROSPECTUS, THEN IF YOU DECIDE THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO BOOK SESSIONS AT CREATIVE KIDZ, FOLLOW THESE STEPS.

EITHER:

 

1.   download the registration forms complete and return them addressed to Creative Kidz  to Hamble Primary school office or 13 norbury gardens, hamble, southampton. SO31 4LX.

OR

2.    you could complete the registration forms, sign and scan them and e-mail them to us at creativekidz32@hotmail.com

OR

3.   you can register your interest using the feedback form below and we will send you a registration pack in the post, you can then return the registration forms to the address given below, or address the envelope: Creative Kidz and hand into the school office.

 ONCE WE HAVE RECIEVED YOUR REGISTRATION FORMS AND REGISTRATION FEE (* if applicable), YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY A SENIOR STAFF MEMBER TO DISCUSS YOUR PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS

SESSIONS WILL BE ALLOCATED ACCORDING TO  BOOKING CONDITIONS AND AVAILABILITY.

If you are already registered with us and would like to reserve sessions please complete a booking form and return it as soon as possible and we will allocate sessions  according to availability.

  4. Child record form
  5. Questionnaire

Booking conditions

Once registered with Creative Kidz, your child will be allocated the available sessions as indicated on the booking form and you will be advised of a start date, if this has not already been arranged.

If the chosen sessions are not available you will be informed that your child's name will be added to the waiting list, and you will be contacted once a session becomes available.

If you require sessions that are currently available but you dont need them straight away,  a deposit will be required to reserve the sessions, but we cannot do this more than 4 weeks in advance.

I would like to take this opportunity to mention that we have limited spaces , so please book early to avoid disapointment!

WE DO RECOMMEND THAT YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO POP IN AND VISIT US AT THE CLUB SO THAT YOU CAN SEE FOR YOURSELF THE SERVICE THAT WE OFFER, YOU CAN THEN DECIDE WHETHER THIS WILL BE SUITABLE TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
