DISCOUNTS

  • Siblings will receive a 10% discount on full day holiday club bookings.
  • Persons in receipt of income support or working family tax credit will receive a 10% discount on full day holiday club sessions.
  • Registration fee is waived for parents in receipt of working family tax credit (proof required)

EXTRAS

  • Registration fee = £15.00
  • Packed meal = £2.50 (served during after school and holiday club sessions)
  • Breakfast during holiday club = £2.00
  • Late collection fee = £10.00 per 15 mins or part thereof, time will be taken from the club in the main hall.
  • Account status reminder notices = £5.00

CONDITIONS

  • A snack and drinks are included in the session price.
  • Packed meals if required, must be requested when booking sessions.
  • Breakfast during holiday club must be requested when booking sessions.
  • Fees are charged at a standard rate per session.
  • No refunds or credit notes will be issued.
  • Fes related to outings are the responsibility of parents/carers.

 

WORKING FAMILY TAX CREDIT

Our service is Ofsted registered, therefore qualifies as a provision under the childcare element of working family tax credit.

Parents meeting criteria can claim for help with the cost of childcare.

Our preffered methods of payment are :

  1. Direct bank transfer into the Creative Kidz bank account (online banking transfer) please use your name and invoice number as a reference in order to help us trace your payment.
