We operate from the school dining hall. You can access this room via the Junior school entrance/exit door around the right side of the building.


General Information

Creative Kidz Hamble was established in 2004 within St andrews priory centre. We moved into Hamble Primary school in 2005 providing breakfast and after school care for the children of Hamble Primary school.


Our holiday club opens in October 2017!


This club has beed awarded Outstanding status!

Access information


We are located in Paddock and Meadow rooms within Netley Abbey Infant School.

Please proceed to the car park at the front of the infant school where you will find a gate leading from the car park to the rear of the school, this will be our entrance and exit point. To access the setting please proceed to the back door of Paddock room as shown on the attached map of the Infant school site.

Please note – at 5.30pm each day the infant children will be transferred over to Creative Kidz Junior site -Room 5, where they will be looked after until 6pm.


Therefore, If you collect your child after 5.30pm please proceed to Room 5 on the Junior school site which is where Creative Kidz (juniors) is situated. You can access this room via the side gate around the left side of the Junior school building.



We are located in Room 5/The Music room within Netley Abbey Junior School.

General Information

Our Netley Abbey club was established in January 2009 and is one of our busiest sites. We provide both a Breakfast and After school club from each of the Netley Abbey sites.


The children arrive each day to enjoy their surroundings including the fabulous outside play areas!

We received yet another "Outstanding Judgement" from Ofsted in 2016 which is something we are all very proud of!

You can access the club via reception at the Infant school site. We have a doorbell on the front door. Please ring and a member of staff will escort you in.


General Information

Creative Kidz Bursledon was established in 2014 and operates from Bursledon Infant School, although we provide after school care for the children of both Bursledon Infant and Junior Schools.

We are graded a Good setting !

Creative Kidz swanmore was established in 2011


We received an "Outstanding Judgement" from Ofsted in February 2015 which we are all very proud of!

This reflects what a fabulous provision the Swanmore setting is.

General information

Arrival and departure

Breakfast club -Children can be dropped off by parents any time from the start of the session. 

At the end of the session, All children are escorted to thier classes.


All children must be brought into the club and signed in by a parent unless you have completed and signed an independent arrival form. If you would like to request a form please speak to your club supervisor.


After School Club-Reception and Key Stage 1 children are collected and brought to the club. Key Stage 2 make their own way to the club with the exception of our Bursledon club where the Junior children are collected by staff and brought over to the club held at the infant school.


Parents can pick up at any time up until 6pm.


Please note that at 5.30pm each day, our Netley Abbey Infant School children are transferred to the junior school so please collect from here.


All children must be signed out by an adult over 16 who is declared on that child’s registration information.


Please ensure that you close doors after you and never let a child out of a door without prior agreement with club staff or their parents/guardians.


Please ensure that you sign your child in when dropping them off at breakfast club  and when collecting from after school club.


It is a condition of ofsted registration that we record your childs time of attendance.




Food and drink

Although we provide the option of food this is not included in the cost of our service therefore we cannot refund or reduce fees if this is not an option your child wishes to take. Although available and offered daily, snacks are not compulsory, they are optional.

Each setting has staff members trained in Food Hygiene.

The children are encouraged to use good manners, and to enjoy snack time as a social meeting place.


Breakfast - We offer a healthy breakfast including a variety of cereals, toast, crumpets, fresh fruit , milk and water.


After school club- Children are offered a healthy snack during after school club each day, this may vary each day but could comprise of a variety of fruit and veg, Tortilla wraps, crumpets, toast, sandwiches, brioche, wholemeal rolls, crackers or pitta break and various fillings.

This is not intended to replace a meal it is simply to see your child through until tea-time therefore please do not expect your child to be “full up” when they are collected.Creative Kidz is a nut free zone!

In addition -

At our Netley Schools there is a child with a severe allergy to all legume and sesame products, therefore NO foods containing peas, broad beans, lentils, chickpeas, French beans, butter beans, haricot beans, kidney beans, sugar snap peas, pulses, soybeans, soya, nuts and sesame etc. (The most common in the legume family, but all legume foods are not permitted)

We trust you will support the school to ensure that it is a safe environment for all and thank you for your co-operation. 


Please let us know if your child has any specific dietary requirements.

Important information

  1. Online registration must be completed before your child can attend.
  2. The club mobile is only for emergency contact and operated in club time. Please contact the office for bookings or general queries.
  3. If your child attends activities organised by the school, please complete an activity notification form prior to commencement of the activity.
  4. Please provide your child with suitable clothing for indoor and outdoor activities, inclufding-sun hats & sun cream during warmer days. Warm clothing & a waterproof coat when the weather is colder/rain is predicted.
  5. Please keep us updated if you change your contact information
  6. Please keep us updated if your child experiences any medical issues/changes.
