As working parents ourselves, we have an excellent understanding of children's lives and their social contexts. We support and encourage personality development, independence and creativity. Developing social interaction and an understanding of inclusion are also top priorities.
Evidence indicates, high quality childcare provision during the foundation years has a lasting impact on a children’s future learning and life chances.
Increasing demands are being made on child care facilities, as of course, we want the very best for our children right from their very first learning experiences. In addition, there is now a marked trend towards intellectual education for children, but still children also need to play, use thier energy, get enough exercise and discover who they are.
Our settings achieve all of these objectives by offering plenty of opportunity for play, exciting and engaging resources and a staff team who will offer your child an experience they will remember. We provide a wide range of play opportunities for the children that help them develop valuable life long skills.
Child centred- We form effective partnerships with parents, schools and the community, always maintaining full focus on the best interests of each individual child.
Reflection- We are committed to evaluation and development of our service and strive for excellence, to this end we listen to feedback and respond in a timely and effective manner.
Enjoyment- All children and young people need to play. The impulse to play is innate.
