How to make a booking

When you are ready to book, just click on the book online now button on the left, which will take you to our booking portal where you can create an account. Once this is complete, you can log in and register your child/children's details and provide us with some basic information.

As soon as the registration process is complete you can log in and make a booking.


Ad Hoc

1-To book occasional childcare just log into your account and select“ start an ad hoc booking for" and choose the club of your choice.

Ad hoc bookings are allocated according to live availability and therefore once booked they are guaranteed . You can book ad hoc sessions up to 2 weeks in advance.

Your invoice for ad hoc sessions will be due for payment upon receipt.



2-To book long term childcare you log into your account and request a contract.


Upon receipt of your request we will check availability of your chosen sessions and approve all available sessions.

If all sessions requested are unavailable we will decline your contract and add your child's name to our waiting list. We will contact you once space become's available.

If we can only approve some and not all of your chosen sessions we will contact you to discuss how to proceed.

If you have agreed a contract you will be invoiced on a monthly basis in advance on the 20th of each month, your invoice is payable by the 1st of the following month. *For example you will receive an invoice on 20 August for sessions in September and your invoice would be payable by 1 September. 


Please note: your contract booking is not confirmed until we have sent you a specific “booking confirmation” email


Holiday club. 

If you require holiday childcare you can book ad hoc sessions here by clicking“ start an ad hoc booking for" and selecting the club of your choice. We are very flexible and (subject to availability) you can book for individual sessions or for the entire Holiday period.


If you have a contract with us you are also welcome to book ad hoc sessions as required.

Changes or cancellation

Ad-Hoc bookings

Although you can cancel ad hoc sessions you have made, you will still be liable for the cost, no refunds can be offered or credits generated.


Contract bookings

One month’s written notice of your intention to reduce the number of sessions/days your child/children attends CK must be given, or one month’s fees paid in lieu of notice for the number of sessions/days reduced by.


Cancellation will only be accepted if given in writing by way of an email to: .


We shall acknowledge receipt of written notice by email to the primary email address supplied by the customer upon registration.


The notice period will not take effect until we have acknowledged receipt of written notice, please ensure that you include your child’s full name, the name of the setting your child attends and which sessions you wish to cancel.


Text messages or hand written letters passed to members of staff will not be accepted as a form of written notice.
